JCR Motorsports at Home with RecStuff.com, Honoring Camp Hometown Heroes

After a podium finish in Long Beach and two top-ten finishes at Barber Motorsports Park, Jeff Courtney and JCR Motorsports hope to continue their streak of strong finishes in the #99 Kenda/RecStuff.com Audi R8 Ultra at their home track of Road America on June 20-21.

The team welcomes special guests of RecStuff.com to the races this weekend. RecStuff.com will be in the paddock throughout the weekend giving away t-shirts and other gifts to race fans.
“It’s great to have RecStuff.com with us at my home track” said Courtney.

“RecStuff.com employees will be here promoting their brand, our team and Camp Hometown Heroes.”

Courtney’s Audi R8 Ultra will be wearing Camp Hometown Heroes logos for both rounds this weekend with hopes to bring awareness the organization. Camp Hometown Heroes is a national free week-long overnight summer camp for children who’ve lost a parent, sibling, or other loved one who served in the U.S. military and died in any manner: combat, accidents, illness or suicide. In addition to typical summer camp activities, the children are allowed the opportunity to openly discuss their experiences and emotional journeys through grief specialists, art and music therapy programs and optional discussion groups.

“We’re happy to carry their colors and hope to bring attention to this awesome program. We’re happy to do our small part, beyond that JCR Motorsports is pledging a donation based on podium finishes for both races in the amounts of $150, $200 and $250,” said Courtney.
