Milwaukee, WI – March 26, 2015 – JCR Motorsports makes their way to the sunny Streets of St. Petersburg, Florida for Rounds 3 and 4 of the Pirelli World Challenge Championships on March 27-29, 2015.
Jeff Courtney, of Milwaukee, WI, endured a tumultuous Rounds 1 and 2 at Circuit of the Americas and will be charging hard for the podium. Courtney enjoyed success on the Streets of St. Petersburg in 2014 where he piloted his No. 99 Kenda Tire/RecStuff.com Audi R8 Ultra to a fourth place finish.
“We’re looking forward to hitting RePlay on our cameras as well as our season and getting a fresh start in St. Petersburg” said Courtney. “The team has put in a lot of work to get my car back to being race ready and I’m looking forward to a clean race.”
Mitch Landry, of Lake Charles, LA, demonstrated consistency at the preliminary GT Cup rounds at Circuit of the Americas in his No. 97 Deep South/VersaCrane Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car. Landry experienced a bit of bad luck during the 2014 St. Petersburg race and seeks redemption behind the wheel of his new hot rod.
“I’m looking forward to the St. Pete race,” said Landry. “The street races are so challenging with the large GT field. Hopefully we can have a clean weekend and continue to learn the new car.”
